Currently the leadership of Agape House is comprised of eleven godly men and women who are sold-out to God and to His purpose. This team is led by Pastor Jide Lawore and together they direct the spiritual and physical affairs of the Church.
Jide Lawore is the founder and lead pastor of Agape House of Worship. He is also the apostolic leader of the Agape House of Worship Family of Churches. Born in Nigeria, he migrated to the USA in 1998 in search of a greener pasture before being called to plant AHOW 2006. PJ (as he is fondly called) is an astute teacher of the Word, a visionary leader, and a passionate kingdom builder. He is passionate about equipping God’s people to achieve their God-given destiny and raising Spirit-filled leaders for Christ through training and impartation. PJ has been blessed to travel worldwide, strengthening and empowering pastors and church leaders by preaching the gospel of the kingdom with power, authority, and signs and wonders.
With a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a master’s degree in Engineering Management, and a Project Management Professional (PMP), he was a successful project management professional before going into full-time ministry. He has authored two widely acclaimed books and is working on more. He is happily married to his lovely wife, Bimbola Lawore, a co-laborer in the ministry. Together, they are blessed with three wonderful children, Joel, Ebun, and Ife.
Bimbola Lawore is a teacher, counselor and mentor to many women in her sphere of influence. She’s married to Pastor Jide Lawore, and they have been pastoring AHOW for the past 16 years. She’s passionate about helping women to live out their God given purpose. She believes every woman is specially designed by God to add value and beauty to this world. Her goal is to see all God’s children walk in freedom. Her life mission is summarized in Isaiah 61:1-3.
She is the founder of Leading Ladies Network, a ministry that encourages and empowers pastors’ wives and women in ministry to flourish in their calling. She holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and works as a Tax Auditor. She’s the mom to three amazing teens Joel, Ebun and Ife.
Yewande Efodili is a passionate lover of Jesus and His Church with a heart for the people of God. She is a fervent prayer warrior and humble leader. She has been a foundation member of AHOW and has been a minister since its inception. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and works as a Director of Billing in the healthcare industry.
Yewande is the Middlesex County Prayer coordinator for the National Day of Prayer. She is also the founder and President of Touch Link, a nonprofit organization that supports victims and survivors of domestic violence. Yewande and her late husband Manny are blessed with four children; Wonu, Ebele, Micah, and Matthew.
Tunde is a Board Certified physician by profession. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine at Jersey City. He currently serves as the minister overseeing the Missions and World outreach ministry and the Healthcare and wellness ministry at AHOW. He brings a unique, Holy Spirit inspired, perspective to the ministry of the word of God. He has a passion to see Jesus’ words in Acts 1:8 fulfilled in this generation! For people to be empowered to be Christ’s witnesses to the ends of the earth! He truly believes that every Christian should prosper and be in good health even as their souls prosper so that they can be used by God to carry out the great commission.
He is happily married to his lovely wife, Tosin.
Ade is very passionate about the supernatural ministry of the Holy Spirit. He has served in multiple capacities within AHOW including as Trustee in AHOW’s inaugural Board and subsequently within the ministerial team. Ade recently founded the PLUS prophetic platform to stir up God’s prophetic voices everywhere in these last days. Ade is a sustainable finance banker and completed his MBA at the Wharton School and his undergraduate degree at Clark Atlanta University. Ade is happily married to Dolapo and lives in Waxhaw, NC with their two wonderful kids – Adebolu and Erin. He enjoys traveling, gastronomy, and current affairs.
Kip is entering his 30th year in Christian Ministry. He has served in numerous capacities over the years as a trustee, ministry leader, church administrator and minister. His primary calling is church administration and working in coordination with church pastors and leaders to accomplish the God-given vision and mission of the church. He has his BS in Business Administration with specialization in Management from the University Of Florida.
He has served at Agape House of Worship for the last 12 years as the Church Administrator and as part of the pastoral team. Kip is married to his wonderful wife Michelle for 29 years and they have two great children, Kolbi and Christian.
Gladys is committed to helping people understand the power of worship within and outside the Church. She has served in the worship ministry for over 20 years and is a firm believer in true worship pointing people to Jesus Christ. She has an M.SC in Healthcare Administration, works in consulting as a Systems Analyst, and is a business owner. She resides in Avenel, NJ with her husband Olusola, and their two children, Nife and Fife.
Genevieve Kumapley has been passionate about serving Jesus Christ in every area of life, which she has done for over 20 years with the last 15 years at AHOW in several capacities as a ministry leader, board of trustee, and minister. She currently leads Sozo (healing and deliverance) and serves in Special Needs Ministries. She received her doctorate in Pharmacy with Honors from the University of Illinois, works as a clinical pharmacy manager, and is an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University School of Pharmacy.
She is also the Founder and Executive Director at MyGOAL & Haven International, a global ministry that serves individuals with Autism and other Intellectual Disabilities. Genevieve is happily married over 24 years to her husband Robert, and they have three children, Sena, Nicholas and Delali.
Richard is a man that loves the Lord and His people with great passion. He has been privileged to serve in many ministries in AHOW, including the Marriage Ministry, the Children’s Ministry, and the Finance Ministry. He enjoys seeing God’s people flourish and grounded in their relationship with Jesus Christ. He and his family relocated to Texas in 2017 where they now reside. They are currently in the process of planting an AHOW daughter church in the Houston area.
Richard is an accountant by profession; he has a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Phoenix. Richard is happily married to his wife, Patience, and they are blessed with two children, Joshua and Joy.
Kehinde Olatubosun is fondly called “HM” or “Boss Lady”, because of her role in the Children’s Ministry. Her responsibilities at Agape House of Worship as a minister include the Potter’s House (Children’s Ministry) and AWANA ministries. She is a Registered Nurse, an entrepreneur and currently works in the field of nursing. Her passions include children, prayer, hospitality, and counseling people.
Kehinde received a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the State of New Jersey. She has been married to her charming husband, Tunji Olatubosun, and is blessed with three lovely children.
Author, teacher, researcher, editor, and writer, Tunde Olugboji has taught the Word of God with conviction across continents, including in the UK, US, and Germany. He has worked in Europe, Africa and North America, promoting respect for human rights and democratic governance, working to tackle poverty and fight corruption through publications, research, advocacy and campaigns. Currently a senior manager in an international non-profit with headquarters in New York and a professor of human rights, Tunde holds a PhD from the University of Leicester, UK. Married to Oyekemi, they are blessed with three children, Oluwadamilola, Oluwadamola and Oluwandara.
Huberto “Hubie” Berrios has been serving in Christian ministry for 30 years. Over the years, he has served as a youth pastor, men’s ministry leader, marriage ministry leader, and church elder. His passion and giftings include teaching, preaching, and nouthetic counseling. He and his wife of 28 years, Maria Ivette Berrios, founded the Christian theatrical production company, Jesus In Everything (J.I.E.). They are also in charge of OASIS, the AHOW Young adult’s ministry. Hubie is a U.S. Army Veteran and an experienced licensed real estate agent. They are blessed with 5 beautiful children, Christian, Deborah, Justin, Ivette, and Adriana.
