Mission: Empowering, training and supporting AHOW workers to serve in various AHOW ministries to enable AHOW fulfill its purpose to be the church where everyone is welcomed and inspired to be and to do their best for God to be glorified.

Our Ministry offers the following services:
Work with Ministry Leaders to ensure effectiveness of workers, including training, mentoring and coaching.

• Work with the Pastoral team in disciplinary actions.
• Assist in conflict resolution matters among workers.
• Manage and coordinate the affairs of Workers through constant communication.
• Maintain and update the database of all AHOW Workers and their status.
• Work with the Lead Pastor to plan the bi-monthly workers forum

We are passionate about supporting others by working to ensure that God’s children create and use wealth in ways that glorify God. With the awareness that financial freedom is our destination, and that every individual has a unique journey, we provide individualized support to church members and members of our community on financial prosperity and career prospects using biblical principles. After all, it was Jesus himself that said: Behold, I send you forth as sheep during wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves (Mat 10:16). And in 3 John 1:2 the bible talks about the imperativeness of all round prosperity: Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers (3 John 1:2).

We accomplish our purpose through various initiatives such as:

• Training programs on a wide range of financial and career topics including investments, wills and trusts.
• Legal tax avoidance and estate planning strategies.
• College-saving plans.
• Translating business ideas into business plans.
• Credit rebuilding.
• Job advice and support, including resume critique.

We promote gainful employment and establishment of businesses among our membership so that all our members are either gainfully employed or become employers of labor. We provide information and resources to help interested individuals to live financially prudent lives and to make sound decisions. We also serve as an outreach vessel to impact the Roselle community and beyond.

CEM aims to integrate new members, and disciple maturing Christians at AHOW into Christian maturity. Be part of a team that offers classes to orientate guests into AHOW membership (A101), equip new members for service through the ministry orientation class (A201) and encourage spiritual growth through maturity/leadership focused classes (A301), or work behind the scenes coordinating to provide a wonderful experience.

Membership classes (A101) are generally held on the 2nd or 3rd Saturday of each month and Ministry orientation (A201) and Spiritual Maturity (A301) classes are held bi-monthly. All classes last five hours with a free lunch break included.
